How do I get Free Ground shipping?

You get FREE FedEx Standard Ground Shipping* for orders over $55!

1. Add $55 or more of Jelly Belly items to your www.JellyBelly.com shopping cart.
2. Continue to checkout.
3. Select STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING as your shipping method.
4. Place your order, and ENJOY the Free Ground Shipping.

*The Fine Print:

• Unfortunately, heat-sensitive items ordered during the warm-weather months (May through October) must ship with expedited shipping, so orders containing those items are not eligible for our Free Ground Shipping promotion. Click here for more info.

When will my order ship?

We offer several shipping options. Orders received by 12:00pm PT on regular business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) and using FedEx expedited (3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight) service are shipped the same day; all others are shipped within three business days. Expedited orders placed after the cut-off will be shipped on the next business day. During peak seasons such as Easter, Christmas and special sales, it may take up to three additional business days to process your order prior to shipping.

If you need delivery by a specific date, we encourage you to contact us (1-800-JB-BEANS/522-3267, 7am to 5pm PT, Monday through Friday) so that we can help you with your order.

When will my order arrive?

When determining your likely delivery date, please understand that only business days are counted and the date of shipment is not included. Delivery is available on specific days:

• FedEx Standard Ground delivers Tuesday through Saturday
• FedEx expedited delivers Monday through Friday
• USPS Priority delivers Monday through Saturday

The shipping date is not counted as a "movement/in-transit" day. Examples:

• If you order on Monday morning and choose FedEx 3-Day, you will receive your order on Thursday
• If you order Wednesday afternoon and choose FedEx 3-Day, you will receive your order on the following Tuesday
• If you order on Friday afternoon and choose Fedex Overnight, you will receive your order on the following Tuesday

If heat-sensitive items are included in your order, expedited shipping is required and we can only ship the order on certain days of the week. Please see What should I know about warm-weather shipping? for more info.

FedEx Standard Ground:

• FedEx Standard Ground Shipping orders will be delivered 5-7 business days after shipment.
• FedEx Standard Ground Shipping is available only to physical addresses in the 48 contiguous states
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes via FedEx Standard Ground shipping method. For PO Boxes, please see USPS Priority, below.

FedEx 3-Day Express Saver:

• FedEx 3-Day Express Saver Shipping orders will be delivered by the end of the third business day after shipment.
• 3-Day Express Saver Shipping is available only to physical addresses in the 48 contiguous states.
• We cannot ship to any PO Boxes via FedEx 3-Day Express Saver shipping method. For PO Boxes, please see USPS Priority, below.

FedEx 2-Day Express Shipping:

• FedEx 2-Day Express Shipping orders will be delivered by the end of the second business day after shipment.
• FedEx 2-Day Shipping is available throughout all 50 states to physical addresses.
• We cannot ship to any PO Boxes via FedEx 3-Day Express Saver shipping method. For PO Boxes, please see USPS Priority, below.

FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping:

• Standard Overnight Shipping orders will be delivered to most US addresses by 3pm (or by 4:30pm in "rural" areas) the business day after shipment.
• Standard Overnight Shipping is available throughout all 50 states to physical addresses where the FedEx Priority Overnight delivery commitment is by 10:30am or noon.
• This service is not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii. Some delivery locations do not have FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping availability. In such cases, FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping is considered to be an "expedited" shipping method and may take 2-3 business days to arrive.
• We cannot ship to any PO Boxes via FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping method. For PO Boxes, please see USPS Priority, below.

FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping:

• Priority Overnight Shipping orders will be delivered to most US addresses by 10:30am (or by 5pm in remote areas) the business day after shipment.
• Priority Overnight Shipping is available throughout all 50 states to physical addresses where the FedEx Priority Overnight delivery commitment is delivery by noon.
• This service is not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii. Some delivery locations do not have FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping availability. In such cases, FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping is considered to be an "expedited" shipping method and may take 2-3 business days to arrive.
• We cannot ship to any PO Boxes via FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping method. For PO Boxes, please see USPS Priority, below.

USPS Priority Shipping:

• USPS Priority orders will be delivered within 5-10 days (transit time is not guaranteed) after shipment in the contiguous states and (typically) within three weeks for APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
• USPS Priority Shipping is available to all 50 states and US territories of American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
• USPS Priority Mail may qualify for free shipping (see above) when shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

How do I ship internationally?

JellyBelly.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, BongoUS, to fulfill orders for our international customers. For countries served and transit times, click here. Note: Unfortunately, due to third-party restrictions, orders placed from outside the United States and shipping to addresses within the United States are not eligible for free shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Are shipping costs refundable?

If you simply change your mind about your order, the shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or if the item is defective, we will happily refund the shipping cost that you paid to us.

Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by events or incidents beyond our (or our carrier's) control, which may include, but are not limited to: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labor disputes, and disruptions in transportation networks.

Warm-Weather Shipping:

We want you to receive your order in the best possible condition. During warm-weather months (May through October), specific items require special handling, including the use of cold packs (provided free of charge), and must be shipped during a specific time frame. FedEx expedited shipping is required in order to maintain the integrity of the cold pack and international shipping is not available.

We will only cold-pack items that contain products sensitive to heat, such as chocolates or gummis, and a "Warm-Weather Warning" note appears on the product page for every affected product.

Please refer to the charts below for exact shipping and delivery days. If you miss a shipping window, we'll hold your order until the following Monday so that your items aren't damaged in transit.

As you can see, ground shipping (whether FedEx or USPS) is not available for orders containing heat-sensitive items. If you have any questions about warm-weather shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us.
